The restaurant at Moderna Museet serves lunch and coffee with top quality ingredients and magnificent views over the water. Start or round off your museum visit here, or just come here for the gastronomic experience. If you just want a quick coffee on the run there's also an espresso bar next to the restaurant.
Moderna Museet's restaurant welcomes museum visitors and other hungry guests. Seasonal ingredients form the basis of the menu, which offers two new lunch dishes every day, one with meat or fish and one vegetarian. Culinary influences range from Scandinavian to international, and there's a special children's menu for the youngest guests. You can also visit the restaurant for a coffee with a bun or pastry, or for an early post-work a glass of wine, beer or refreshing kombucha.
The light, airy dining room is simply decorated with wood, white tiles and natural colours, allowing the surrounding nature to take centre stage. Located on Skeppsholmen, the restaurant has a view of the water, Djurgården and Strandvägen, which you can experience through the panorami
